As the owner of my firm, I believe that every single client is entitled to nothing short of excellence.

When hiring an attorney for personal injuries, you should strongly consider whether your attorney dedicates his or her practice to representing the injured. My practice is essentially dedicated to helping the injured. I take pride in seeking justice for victims. Ultimately, as a client of my firm, I want to earn your trust and business for life. That is why no case is ever treated differently; expect excellence and settle for nothing less from the attorney you choose to represent you.

Don't just hire any attorney - hire a law firm with a team dedicated to you and your case. Hire a law firm that is involved in the community and active amongst their colleagues in their practice areas. At Mesolella & Associates LLC, we take pride in representing you, the client, while also contributing our services to the community and many non-profit organizations. Our Attorneys are members of many local boards and committees. Excellence not only comes from case results, but also adherence to exceptional values, morals, ethics, participation, and dedication to advancement in the field.

Attorney Mesolella works hard for you every single day.  And the results speak for themselves.  Michael has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.  However, success is not just measured in money.  Money does not mend all problems.  Michael has protected and created local small businesses, fought for landlords and tenants, defended Title IX victims in schools, and litigates on behalf of those needing Civil Litigation to resolve a range of issues from real property to fraud.

How your attorney handles your case from start to finish matters.  Hopefully, you work with an attorney that works with you directly to make sure your issues are understood and that you have confidence that your case is being handled competently, from start to finish and beyond.

In 2016, Attorney Mesolella was recognized as a Top 10 Personal Injury Attorney Under Age 40 in Rhode Island.  Attorney Mesolella is an AVVO-rated "Top Attorney" Personal Injury Attorney.  He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Rhode Island Association for Justice (RIAJ), which is Rhode Island's trial attorney and plaintiff advocacy association.  He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Blackstone Valley Advocacy Center, which is a non-profit organization that assists and places victims of domestic violence.

No one should have to suffer the harmful consequences of another's negligence. Michael understands the impact injuries or illness can have on every aspect your life, and fights with vigor to protect your interests.

Injuries from automobile accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip & falls, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, or dog bites can be disabling and cause significant interruption to your career, education, family relationships, and enjoyment of life. Hiring Michael can help you obtain the results and protection you deserve when facing parties more concerned about the bottom line than caring about you, or compensating you fairly, for the injuries you have dearly suffered.

Attention to detail, preparation, compassion, and personal communication are elements to success. Michael tirelessly reviews his files and maintains contact with his clients. Personal relationships are important and valued. You can expect same day return of phone calls and immediate attention to your case. Michael has successfully represented clients against virtually all insurance carriers, at times facing very complicated situations, whether liability or injuries are disputed, or traumatizing and serious disabling injuries are at issue.  Michael and his clients find satisfaction in the successful pursuit of justice as the ultimate reward.

Michael has robust experience in the legal profession. As a paralegal and law clerk for over eight years, he gained hands-on practical skills in personal injury cases, real estate transactions, complex title searching & clearing, closings, zoning, litigation, business formation and litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, insurance disputes, family law, landlord/tenant, wills & trusts, and criminal matters. Before entering law school, Michael interned with a justice of the Rhode Island Superior Court. With over a decade of experience in the legal profession and proven results, Mike welcomes the opportunity to effectively represent you.

In an ongoing effort to support and give back to the community and state he grew up in and presently resides, Michael is involved in many Rhode Island activities.  As a La Salle Academy alumna (Class of 2000), he joins fellow alumni to mentor La Salle Academy Scholars students (formerly known as the Pegasus Program). Michael has presented at West Warwick High School's career day to students interested in the legal profession. He has served as an evaluator at local Moot Court competitions, is a certified Family & Divorce Mediator, while also serving as a mentor to Roger Williams University School of Law students through the RIAJ.  Our Firm knows that giving back is invaluable, which is why Attorney Mesolella further donates his time to other non-profit organizations that contribute to local causes that benefit those suffering from cancer or other unfortunate ailments.

On behalf of the RIAJ and the Casey Feldman Foundation, the Firm presents the End Distracted Driving program to prospective teenage drivers at the Community College of Rhode Island.  The Firm is active in the Bicycle Helmet Safety Program, and has educated young elementary students about bicycle safety, while also providing helmets to children on behalf of the RIAJ and local politicians involved in this great initiative for Rhode Island's youngsters.
